1. What are the shipping costs?
- Flat rate shipping within the U.S.: US $4.99.
- Flat rate shipping internationally: US $12.99.
- You’ll never pay more than the flat rate even if you order multiple items.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
- Production time: typically 1–3 business days for standard items.
- Delivery time:
- U.S.: 5–7 business days.
- Other countries: 10–15 business days.
- Total time = Production time + Delivery time.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by [email protected]. You can then use this to track the shipment.
4. What happens if my order is delayed?
Delays can occur due to:
- a mistaken or incomplete address (missing apartment/unit/etc)
- extreme weather
- international customs clearance
If delivery takes longer than expected, contact Kindfawns’ customer support via [email protected] and they will work to resolve it.
5. What is the return policy?
- Standard T-shirts shipped within the U.S. are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt (verified by tracking number).
- Returned items must be new, unused, unwashed, unworn, and must include all original tags and packaging.
- Items that are not eligible: used/worn/washed shirts, shirts missing tags or packaging, final-sale or customised shirts (unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error).
6. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
- Within 30 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once approved, you’ll be sent a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns). Package the item with tags & original packaging, attach the label, and send via the instructions provided.
7. How long does it take for a refund or exchange?
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified. Refunds are processed to your original payment method (or store credit if paid by gift card).
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection; banks may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear.
- Exchanges: once the return is processed, the replacement item is shipped at no extra cost.
8. Who pays for return shipping?
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or wrong item shipped: return shipping is free.
- If you are returning simply because you changed your mind (and the item is eligible): you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Contact customer support as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
